Services

Radon testing and mitigation, start to finish

Measure first, design around the foundation you actually have, install it cleanly, then prove it worked with a follow-up test.

What We Do

Two services, and everything they cover

Real estate deadlines, new construction rough-ins, and commercial buildings are all handled inside these two pages rather than split across thin separate ones.

Residential Radon Mitigation

Sub-slab depressurization systems designed around your foundation: basement, crawlspace, slab-on-grade, or a combination.

Radon Testing

Continuous monitor and long-term testing that follows EPA measurement protocols, with a plain-English report you can actually use.

Post-Mitigation Testing

Every installation is followed by a verification test so you have documented proof the system is doing its job.

Real Estate Radon Solutions

Transaction-speed testing and mitigation that keeps closings on schedule for buyers, sellers, and agents.

Learn more

New Construction Radon Systems

Passive and active rough-in systems installed during the build, when the work is cleanest and least expensive.

Commercial Radon Mitigation

Schools, offices, daycares, and multi-family buildings: diagnostics, engineered design, and low-disruption installation.

How It Works

The same five steps every time

    Step 1

    Schedule Inspection

Call or send a request and we'll set a visit that fits your week, usually within a few business days.

    Step 2

    Radon Testing

We place a calibrated continuous radon monitor in the lowest livable level and follow EPA closed-house conditions.

    Step 3

    Custom System Design

Diagnostics tell us where the soil gas is moving. We design suction points and routing around your home, not a template.

    Step 4

    Professional Installation

Most systems are installed in a single day, with drop cloths down, sealed penetrations, and a tidy jobsite at the end.

    Step 5

    Post-Installation Testing

A follow-up test confirms the reduction, and you receive documentation for your records or your closing file.

Where We Work

Local conditions change the design

Foundation types and sub-slab material vary a lot across the metro. These pages cover what we plan around in each community.

Not sure which one you need?

Start with a test. If your number is low we will tell you so and recommend retesting in two years.
