The three counties differ enough that it is worth reading the page for your own community. Boone leans heavily toward newer subdivision construction, much of it built with a builder's rough-in already in place. Kenton is dominated by historic urban housing with masonry foundations and shared walls. Campbell runs to older homes built into the hillsides above the river, where access rather than diagnostics tends to be the constraint.
How the work differs here
